Bookings that keep in step.

Appointments, stays, rentals, courts, deliveries and classes on your own site. Two-way Google Calendar sync decides when you can be booked, from the busy time or the open time you already keep there. Take part up front, hold a damage deposit, quote by distance and weight, sell class packs. Your name and logo on every page.

Two-way Google Calendar sync

Your Google Calendar runs your booking page.

Each person connects their own calendar once. Orrery reads it live every time a client looks for a time, and writes every booking back. Nobody keeps two calendars, and nobody gets booked into a dentist appointment.

Mode one

Busy time blocks bookings

Set your hours once. Anything marked busy in Google, a school pickup or a personal errand, comes off your booking page the moment it's on your calendar, and comes back when you delete it.

Best for a steady schedule with the odd gap.

Mode two

Open time becomes bookable

Orrery adds an "open for bookings" calendar to your Google account. Drag out Tuesday 1 to 5 and clients can book Tuesday 1 to 5. Delete it and that time is gone. Your main calendar still blocks inside it.

Best for therapists, consultants and anyone whose week changes.

And back the other way.

  • Every booking lands in the right person's calendar with the client's name, service, address and a Meet link for video sessions.
  • Drag a booking to a new time in Google and the client gets the new time and an updated invite.
  • Delete one in Google and it waits in Needs review, so nothing is refunded or charged by accident.
  • Each person picks their own mode. Setup shows when every calendar last synced, and Needs review tells you if one stops.

Pick your trade. Every switch stays yours.

Setup asks what you do and turns on the right features. A stylist never sees damage deposits; a consultant gets a video link in every booking; a cabin host never sees staff chairs. Change any of it later. Each example below is a working demo.

Comes to you.

Any trade can travel. Clients enter their address first, see only times you can reach, and see the travel fee before they pay. Use your own maps key for distance pricing, or ZIP-code zones with none. Also for mobile mechanics, groomers and notaries.

Courts, couriers and camps.

Book things as well as people: a court, a van, a fleet of six kayaks, eighteen places at camp. Clients answer your questions as they book, and the price adds up in front of them: weight, add-ons, distance, peak hours. Anything outside your rules becomes a quote request in your inbox.

Pick your trade in Setup and it starts you off

Each trade sets its usual money rules and adds example services, courts, rooms or vehicles you can rename and reprice. Every switch stays yours.

  • Fields and pitches
  • Studios and rooms
  • Pet care: grooming, walks, boarding, daycare

Your rules. Said plainly.

You decide what is due now, what comes later, and what is refundable. Your client sees every amount, its date and its rule before paying, on the booking page, the receipt and their manage-booking link.

  • Refundable or non-refundable deposits, with a cutoff you set
  • The balance charged on a date, at the visit or after it
  • Damage and liability holds that release on their own
  • Add-ons at booking, offers before arrival
